43.18 Disentis - Sedrun, Jakobweg Graubünden

From the monastery village of Disentis, you will soon reach the small chapel Sogn Giachen in Cuoz, the first house of worship on this section, dedicated to Saint Jakob and built by the Jakob Brotherhood. Past the pretty Walser village Segnas and along the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn railway line, a comfortable path leads on via Bugnei to Sedrun. 

Information: The marked Jakobweg Graubünden No. 43 currently ends in Disentis. An extension to the Oberalppass is planned. There is a connection in Disentis to the route Rhein-Reuss-Rhone.
