Whenever I'm out and about in Disentis and Sedrun, I can feel why I love biking - impressive mountain scenery, untouched nature and trails that offer everything: technically challenging and flowing at the same time. That's exactly where I want to go again and again.

Disentis is the perfect training area for me. Switch off in nature and yet train in a focused way - be it on a racing bike over the region's famous Alpine passes or on an MTB on the ever-growing network of trails. The routes include technical sections, modern flow trails and simply endless fun! Disentis is always an experience!

I've been a biker from the very beginning and love to challenge myself on challenging trails in the mountains and discover new things. In Disentis - wild, pristine and impressive - that's exactly what I find.
