Biathlon Introductory Course

First insight into the sport of biathlon. Get to know the air rifle and try your first shooting exercises combined with cross-country skiing. 

• Period: Wednesdays, from December 17 to March 25, 2026

• Time / Duration: 10:30 am / 1.5 hours

• Meeting point: Sedrun football field

• Important: Equipment: cross-country skiing gear (skating or classic, no klister!) and bring thin gloves. Payment in CHF, cash or Twint. Requirement: Basic knowledge of cross-country skiing technique. The course is held in German or Romansh.

• Cost: CHF 90 / CHF 140 for two people / includes first insight into biathlon, shooting range, 2 air rifles with ammunition - 3rd and 4th person + CHF 20 each

• Participants: min. 1 / max. 4 participants, minimum age 10 years

• Registration: By 5 pm the day before
