Capuns Workshop with Manuela

Together, we prepare the traditional Capuns mixture – following Mama Stefania’s family recipe. We pick fresh Swiss chard leaves straight from the garden and wash them at the village fountain. With love and care, we wrap our Capuns – a moment of peace and tradition. To finish, we enjoy our homemade Capuns in the garden.
