Description

The most beautiful alpine dairy in Graubünden can be found at the foot of the Lukmanier Pass. Since 2009, the concrete building with a meadow roof by Graubünden star architect Gion A. Caminada has nestled beautifully into the landscape next to the stable of the famous monastery. The Sennaria has been run by Elsa Group AG since 2018. Every day, milk from local farmers is processed in the modern cheese dairy into high-quality Graubünden mountain cheese, mainly organic cheese, and Mutschlis. Sennaria belongs to the dairy farmers and suppliers of the upper Surselva. This keeps the added value in the region. Open: Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 12.00
