Under the brand Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis, Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG (ASS) and Bergbahnen Disentis jointly operate.
Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG manages the ski areas of Gemsstock and Andermatt-Sedrun.
Several mountain restaurants, the sports shop Gleis 0, and the Swiss Snow Sports School Andermatt are also operated by ASS.
Bergbahnen Disentis AG was founded in 1969 to promote tourism in Disentis and develop the ski area, which extends up to 3,000 metres above sea level.
Today, Bergbahnen Disentis AG operates not only the Disentis ski area but also all mountain restaurants, the Catrina Resort with 140 rental apartments, the Catrina Hotel, the Catrina Lodge, the Catrina Hostel, and the Catrina sports shops.
