Resort Dieni receives building permit from the municipality of Tujetsch

Dieni Resort, a project of Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, has received planning permission from the municipality of Tujetsch. A new part of the resort is planned in Dieni/Sedrun with 13 buildings, including 410 hotel rooms and 119 residential units for sale. The resort will be directly connected to public transportation and the Andermatt-Sedrun railway. Sustainable construction will include the use of environmentally friendly materials and a carbon-neutral wood pellet heating system. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026 and be completed in 2029.
